At Farmer Bob’s Tiny Raptors, we take great pride in the quality of our quail and pet products. Because we deal with live animals and perishable goods, our refund policy is designed to protect both our birds and our customers.
1. Live Quail & Hatching Eggs

All Sales Final: Once live birds or hatching eggs leave our farm or are shipped, we cannot accept returns for biosecurity reasons.

Shipping Issues: We pack our eggs with extreme care. If your eggs arrive damaged due to carrier mishandling, you must email us photos of the damaged packaging and product within 24 hours of delivery to info@farmer-bobs-tiny-raprors.com.

Hatch Rates: While we periodically test fertility, we cannot guarantee hatch rates due to variables in incubation techniques and shipping stress.

2. Frozen & Dried Pet Treats

Perishables: Due to the nature of our ground whole quail and specialty treats, these items are non-returnable.

Quality Concerns: If there is an issue with the quality of the product upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.​

3. Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed for shipping or a pickup time has been scheduled, it cannot be canceled.
